The Best of So Many Places… In a Book!

So Many StoriesTo celebrate four years of So Many Places I’ve pulled the best and most popular So Many Places blog posts into one tidy book. I am so thrilled at how it’s turned out.

The book starts with blog posts from the early years before Brian and I sold our stuff, quit our jobs and left our home in Portland, Oregon. Back then I had a million worries and questioned if it was all even possible. I wondered if my desire to write and travel wasn’t just some crazy escape from my humdrum 9-5. I am so glad I didn’t listen to my fears.

Then we hit the road. The book includes my best adventure stories: From counting on strangers in Chile to meeting God in India to walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain.

And, of course, there’s the stories about what I’ve learned along the way, how I’ve changed, and what it feels like to continuously come home and leave again, like a plane touching down and taking off over the years.

The book is a collection of the very best stories that I’ve shared on So Many Places and I’m so excited to be able to finally offer it to you.

From the cover:

Life doesn’t come with a road map.

That much is clear in So Many Stories: Selected Essays on Life, Adventure and Fighting Like Hell for Your Dreams, a collection of So Many Places blog posts that chronicle the author’s 4-year struggle to bring her dreams of traveling and writing to life.

So Many Stories brings the best of So Many Places together in one place. Rich with longing, adventure and insights, this book will help you believe in the possibility of your own wild and far-flung aspirations.

The book is now available on Amazon in e-book ($4.99) and paperback ($11.99). It’s also available in PDF ($4.99) here.

Thanks everyone for your support over the years. The adventure continues!
