It’s hard to believe that we’re closing in on a month in Sayulita already. Our time here has slowed to an easy pace as we work from our apartment during the day and explore the streets of Sayulita after dark. Let me show you around the neighborhood.

I spend most of my waking hours at my writing desk. These five months in Mexico are more of a working retreat, a time to focus on writing and building a sustainable income, than a vacation.
Our first glimpse of Sayulita was promising. We passed yoga studios, smoothie stands, tiny tiendas and one lonely burro tied to a tree.
